NatalieAls ik 0 sterren kon geven deed ik het. Anderhalf jaar geleden lederen keukenstoelen gekocht. De naden scheuren gewoon uit. Na herhaaldelijk mailen eindelijk na maanden antwoord dat het geen fabricage fout is en dat ze niks kunnen doen. Dat noemt zich dan klantendienst. Als het geen fabricage fout is dan is het verkeerd gebruikt dan?? Misschien verkeerd erop gaan zitten???
